As a first-generation immigrant and son of first-generation immigrants, Raul has experienced firsthand the challenges and triumphs of navigating new cultures and environments. His early teens were marked by a significant transition as he adapted to a new language and culture in northeast Nebraska, a town rich with Hispanic heritage and unique experiences.

Raul’s story didn’t stop there. From the small town of northeast Nebraska, he moved to Omaha, the largest city in Nebraska, where he pursued his college education. It was here that he was exposed to a broader spectrum of ideas and life experiences, igniting his passion for entrepreneurship. This journey took him to the vibrant and innovative city of San Francisco, a hub for entrepreneurial spirit. In San Francisco, Raul worked on global educational initiatives, collaborating with students from all over the world and gaining invaluable insights into diverse cultural perspectives.

His professional journey also includes significant experience at a professional services firm, where he worked with colleagues from various international backgrounds. These experiences have shaped Raul’s understanding of the importance of promoting global economies and the unique value of life experiences that technology cannot replicate.

Currently, Raul is furthering his education by studying for an Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), where he is immersed in a melting pot of perspectives and ideas from future leaders of economic and social change globally. This experience has only deepened his commitment to fostering emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness through Transformative Mantra.
